I value tailoring my approach to each client. I am client-centered and supportive. That being said, I am most strongly rooted in providing a mix of evidence-based treatments: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have further training and experience in using psychodynamic, behavioral activation, and interpersonal interventions. I highly value authenticity, flexibility, and collaboration; therefore, I try to meet clients where they are at and work together to refine the treatment approach that will be most helpful for them. I can successfully treat a variety of conditions and challenges, with one or more treatment models. I look forward to meeting you and exploring a treatment strategy that will help you reach your goals.
